Although I don’t often post content relating to beauty, I am someone who is very intentional about what I put on my skin. Being fair-complected and someone with acne-prone skin, I was sort of forced to educate myself about the differences between toxic and organic beauty products. In the midst of it, I have grown passionate about prioritizing skincare and promoting the products that are actually effective.
My beauty routine varies with the seasons and has evolved as my skin has changed and I started to wear makeup more frequently. I have discovered a couple of products that I keep in my makeup bag at all times as well as a few tricks that have saved me from makeup disasters. Even so, I am no beauty guru and am not the one to ask about the perfect cat-eye or smoky eyeshadow.
Most of my knowledge of skincare and beauty products are based on research I’ve done and firsthand experience testing hundreds of different products. It’s not a perfect science, but I’ve become acquainted with some fabulous products that I wanted to share with y’all!
